In SHE we believe that better gender balance in business fuels innovation and growth. The World Economic Forum recently added 47 years to the time needed to reach workplace equality. If we continue like this it will now take 217 years to end gender disparities in the workplace.

That is why we are inviting leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, politicians, students and business professionals to join us in creating Europe’s largest gender equality conference at Oslo Spektrum on March 6th. Because of the lack of diversity in leadership and business is not limited to one sector. It is not limited to one country. If we are to get better at this we need to join forces, and we need to learn from each other. 

 

Diversity brings together varied perspectives, leading to improved decision-making and increased business performance. Diversity will be a crucial key to future business success.
