Camilla Rundberg is a gender diversity and inclusion consultant, academic researcher, lecturer and writer. She holds a doctorate at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, in Industrial management and organization with an upcoming dissertation entitled ‘Critical conversations’. Her research is focused on how our common day-to-day language, casually, informally and often quite unintentionally keeps constructing men and women at work according to traditional templates and models. Camilla has also developed methodologies and micro learning digital tools for leaders and organizations to become aware of their invisible, but still exclusive behaviors and how to turn those into more inclusive ones.

Started as Head of Private Economists in Nordea at age 28, educating the population through media about private finances and especially the need for women to be financially independent. Currently Head of Personal Banking and Country Senior Executive in Nordea Norway. Personal Banking Norway represents the second largest player in the Norwegian market, with total lending portfolio of 320bn NOK and a market share of 12%. In total Nordea have 750.000 active customers in the Norwegian market, with a total portfolio of 44bn NOK.
