We are excited to announce the release of the SHE Conference 2024 Key Learnings Report. This year’s conference, held in Oslo Spektrum on April 11th, marked a significant milestone as we celebrated our tenth anniversary.
Over the past decade, the SHE Conference has grown into Europe's leading business conference focused on social sustainability. The event was a resounding success, bringing together over 2,500 attendees in person and thousands more online, showcasing the global commitment to advancing social sustainability.
Reflecting on Key Learnings
This year's conference was a hub of innovative ideas and actionable insights. The sessions spanned a wide array of topics including artificial intelligence, leadership, diverse boards, impact investing, health equity, and energy solutions. One of the highlights was the introduction of our Listen. Learn. Act. (LLA) framework, designed to ensure the continuity of the conference’s impact beyond the event itself.
