Breaking the Silence: Women’s Health, Endometriosis, and the Workplace
Sick leave rates are at a 15-year high, with women disproportionately affected. Among them, many battle endometriosis—an often misunderstood condition affecting 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. Despite its prevalence, endometriosis remains shrouded in silence, forcing women to manage debilitating symptoms while balancing careers and personal lives.his is a call for action.
This session will emphasize the need for governmental action and support to improve healthcare and reduce sick leave for women with endometriosis, enabling more women to remain in the workforce. Additionally, employers must create supportive workplaces that accommodate women’s health needs to prevent the loss of valuable talent and productivity. This talk will highlight the urgent need for systemic change, bridging the gap between health, equality, and the workplace.
Let’s rewrite the narrative—because when women thrive, society thrives !

Democracy at a Crossroads: Can Fear Become a Catalyst for Action?
As authoritarianism grows and global democratic values plummet (The Economist’s Democracy Index), fear of an uncertain future is gripping societies worldwide. But is there anything we can do to reverse this tide? Can fear itself spark the kind of courage and civic engagement needed to defend democratic principles, or will it merely fuel deeper divisions and inaction? In this session, we’ll examine whether fear can galvanize meaningful change—questioning our collective power, obligations, and potential pathways at this critical turning point for democracy. Join us to explore the pressing question: is real transformation within our reach?
