Marit is a graduate economist from BI. She has extensive experience from the recruitment industry, both with recruitment and management. For the past four years, she has worked as general manager at Sandefjord Chamber of Commerce, which, with approximately 400 member companies and many activities, is a very important meeting place for the local business community. Marit has started several networking groups and led the establishment of Sandefjord's first entrepreneurial building, Gründeriet.
Camilla started her own media company almost 25 years ago. She started to invest in early stage companies, and is an active and recognized investor in the media and technology industries. In the recent years she has gained experience in the finance and real estate sectors. She is currently running a real estate project in Ghana, Africa and establishing Norway`s first Equity Crowdfunding company, SparkUp. In addition she is a mentor for The Factory, a fintech and Insurance tech accelerator.
Linn-Cecilie Linnemann is CEO of Design Container, which is a award winning digital design agency she founded in 2006 together with Michael Linnemann. Today the agency is a part of the Artisti Group, where Linn-Cecilie also is part of the group management team. She is also very engaged in the student community, and work closely with several educational institutions in Oslo where she is based. Linn-Cecilie has also been involved in several start-ups, and co-founded She Conference with Heidi Aven in 2015. She Conference is an initiativ to promote female entrepreneurs, leaders and investors.
Erlend has worked at the crossroads of business development and marketing for close to two decades. He has a Master's degree in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University with communications as his main focus. Previously, he has worked as a journalist for CNN Norway, as editor and business developer at Telenor, and as Category Manager for audio and video at Aspiro (now Tidal). He has broad experience as an independent consultant, and work as an advisor for many startups. He is currently Business Development Director and advisor at Norwegian advertising agency Empefire, a part of the Schjærven Group.
Christine is a Norwegian technology lawyer with experience with assisting companies in a variety of fields throughout their lifecycle. She studied entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo/National University of Singapore, and psychology at Berkeley. Christine's professional experience consists of both working with startups as well as large technology companies, assisting them with strategic and legal advice. Christine is involved in leading high-tech innovation communities and incubators in Norway and is committed to help build strong and viable companies. On a daily basis Christine works as a lawyer at SANDS, a leading Norwegian law firm, in their Technology Group.
Heidi is (the only female) partner in the strategy consulting firm, Arkwright, and also partner in the startup incubator Arkwright X. Besides being a consultant, Heidi is an active startup investor, supporter of female investors, and chair of the board in fashion tech startup Fjong.co.
Heidi has founded a number of companies, with an intrinsic desire to create something new. She has a large network that she works with, is challenged by and gets useful contacts through; collaboration is key to achieving success. Heidi has extensive experience with digital conversion processes, IT strategies and consulting and management functions. Together with Linn-Cecilie Linnemann, she founded SHE Community in 2015.
At the age of 29, Charlotte Aschim has already 17 years of work experience, started 2 companies, holds a master's degree and the title chief engineer. Charlotte is a hardworking Norwegian female nerd, entrepreneur and chief engineer who has gone from flying drones and building bridges in 3D to develop food waste reduction technology. Charlotte is ambitious and extremely goal oriented. She loves to learn new things and learned how to code through YouTube. With a goal of making a difference, both on a business and personal level, Charlotte is a true inspiration who wants to inspire others.
Karen-Elisabeth is driven by her passions, and her passions lie in innovation processes, stimulating the startup ecosystem and connecting people to create energy, impact and sustainable results. She is currently Investment Manager, Corporate Venture at DNB.<br /> Previously she has worked several positions within innovation and digitization at DNB, Statoil, and Gateway College. She also has experience from various humanitarian projects, for UN, and Norwegian Refugee Council, as well as several entrepreneurial initiatives in the Stavanger area She has an MBA from NHH, and a Master in International Relations from Universidad de Deusto, Spain/ University of Dublin, Ireland.
